Nash Salami is a non-profit executive and public servant seeking to serve his alma mater, the Birmingham Public Schools.
Nash Salami was born and raised right here in Michigan, and is seeking a seat on the Birmingham Public School Board. As a proud product of public schools, and graduate of Seaholm High School, Nash knows the importance of a good public school education for the future of our children.
Nash serves as executive of Stepping Stone Foundation, an organization focused on international philanthropy involving access to education and fresh drinking water for people in developing countries. Stepping Stone foundation worked recently in conjunction with The Thirst Project to fund a freshwater well in the kingdom of Eswatini, a project Nash spearheaded.
Nash has served in various capacities of public service, including interning for Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin where his main focus was providing services to constituents. He enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering with local charities and non-profits.
